All sessions and packages can be individualised to cater to your needs. Please reach out to us and let us know how we can best support you. A discount is available for virtual only sessions.
Antenatal consultation
£90
Full consultation consists of:
- 10 minute discovery call
- 1 hour session via telephone, MS Teams or face to face
- Email summary with useful information
Face to face sessions are available for Hertfordshire and North London residents.
Please enquire if you would like face to face sessions but live outside these locations.
Package sessions
£250
3 session package:
These sessions are designed by you and can consist of:
- a review of your pregnancy to date with opportunities for questions and reassurance, tips and advice
- personalised 1 to 1 antenatal education
- birth planning session
- postnatal support session with baby
- birth reflection to discuss your birth experience
Enhanced Package sessions
From £450
- x4 sessions
- email access to midwife for any questions or reassurance during pregnancy until birth.
- x4 sessions
- email access to midwife during pregnancy and for up to 2 weeks after birth
- x4 sessions
- email access to midwife
- x6 ad hoc 15min telephone check ins during pregnancy and for 2 weeks after birth.
Winter Wonderland Package £800:
- x6 sessions
- email access to midwife
- Weekly 15 minute telephone check ins from 32 weeks

Standard reflection
£90
1 hour session
Focusing on the birth and providing clarity on the events from the start of labour or admission, to discharge from hospital
Extended reflection
£110
90 minute session
Guided by you, we can explore your pregnancy care from the booking through to the birth until discharge from maternity.
This session is best if you have access to your previous maternity notes for us to review together.
Follow-up session
(if needed)

45 minute session
It may be beneficial for some parents to have another session after a period of reflection following our initial session and consider preparation for subsequent pregnancies.
